Based in the firm's Atlanta office, Manzer will join the established Claims team, which is recognized for its technical expertise, deep construction knowledge, and strong client advocacy.
Manzer brings more than 25 years of experience in claims leadership, TPA governance, litigation management, coverage analysis, reserving, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, actuarial, legal, compliance, and executive leadership teams. Her addition is expected to broaden the team's technical capabilities and increase capacity, aligning with American Global's growth strategy.
In her new role, Manzer will advise clients on complex, high-exposure claims involving catastrophic bodily injury, construction, environmental, transportation, professional liability, and other technically challenging matters. She will provide strategic guidance on coverage analysis, liability assessment, litigation management, risk transfer, and claim resolution, while partnering with clients, carriers, and defense counsel to achieve optimal outcomes.

Prior to joining American Global, Manzer held senior leadership positions at several leading insurance organizations, including Arch Insurance, Skyward Specialty, and AXIS Insurance. Throughout her career, she has managed complex casualty claims and led national claims operations involving high-severity losses, construction, New York Labor Law, environmental, energy, transportation, professional liability, and large self-insured and captive programs. She has built and led high-performing claims organizations, developed technical training programs, implemented operational improvements, and managed complex, high-exposure claims throughout the United States and Canada.
