STO Building Group (STOBG) announced the addition of Tyler Swartzwelder as Senior Vice President of Operations. Swartzwelder will support operational strategy, joint ventures, sector diversity, complex project execution, and Safety 360° across the firm's family of builders. He joins from Gilbane Building Company, where he led the Washington, DC office.

Construction management firm STO Building Group (STOBG) has appointed Tyler Swartzwelder as Senior Vice President of Operations.

In this role, Swartzwelder will work with leaders across the STOBG family of builders to strengthen operational strategy, improve efficiencies, and advance initiatives including joint venture opportunities, sector diversity, complex project execution, and the company's Safety 360° philosophy.

Swartzwelder brings nearly 20 years of operational leadership experience across a range of construction sectors, including mission critical, public administration, higher education, entertainment, healthcare, and tenant interiors. He joins STOBG from Gilbane Building Company, where he served as senior vice president and business leader for the Washington, DC office.
