Catamount Announces Industrial Group Leadership Succession Plan

Lakewood, Colorado — Catamount announced on August 24, 2026, the leadership succession plan for its industrial group, Catamount Industrial Group. The company's national industrial construction team, led by Scott Reynolds since its inception, has now been appointed as Chief Initiatives Officer; Stephanie Martinez has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will lead the national industrial team. The transition of day-to-day responsibilities will be completed by the end of the year.

Catamount Industrial Group is a national team of industrial construction experts who travel with clients, deliver projects across the country, and build long-term relationships wherever clients expand their businesses. This personnel change is a carefully planned succession arrangement and reaffirms Catamount's long-term commitment to developing leaders within its employee-owned organization.

Reynolds is one of Catamount's longest-tenured employee shareholders, joining the company in 1998. Over 28 years, he has played a central role in the company's growth, opening offices in Atlanta and San Antonio. As leader of the industrial team, he grew the business unit's annual revenue to over $650 million. In addition to his operational leadership duties, he has served on Catamount's Board of Directors, providing strategic insight and guidance, and has been a driving force in the company's leadership development efforts. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Auburn University, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and serves as an adjunct professor in Auburn's Building Science program.

In his new role as Chief Initiatives Officer, Reynolds will serve as an internal management consultant, driving strategic and impactful initiatives to shape Catamount's future growth.

Martinez joined Catamount in 2012 and has progressively advanced within the company, currently leading one of its largest teams. For over a decade, she has managed the company's most important industrial client relationships and championed the opening of the Tampa office. Martinez holds a degree in Building Science and Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

As Senior Vice President, Martinez will lead Catamount Industrial Group, guiding its national team, client partnerships, operational excellence, and continued growth.
